How access works

Copay is invitation-gated. A business submits company name, jurisdiction, business type and expected monthly volume through the enquiry form; the team replies with an integration plan. Pricing is agreed commercially and written down before integration.

Registration and compliance

Copay's US entity has completed Money Services Business (MSB) registration with FinCEN, the US Treasury's financial crimes enforcement bureau. Registration is not a licence, and it does not mean FinCEN endorses Copay or any transaction.

Copay is operated by an overseas registered company.
